For Residents: Move-In Checklist

Residents will have access to a resident portal at the time of being approved for move in. This will be where you can make your online payments. Prior to move in, review the information below on what to pack and items you may want to bring. Make sure to coordinate with your roommates as well to see what items they may bring. 

Bedroom & Bathroom Packing List

  • Bedding (twin size)

  • Lamps

  • Alarm clock (or just use your phone)

  • Closet hangers

  • Towels and additional linens

  • Bath mat(s) or bathroom rug(s)

  • Shower curtain

  • Cleaning supplies

  • Plunger and toilet brush

Kitchen Supplies

  • Trash bin

  • Garbage bags

  • Cookware and dishes (pots, pans, glasses, silverware)

  • Cooking utensils (tongs, spatulas, etc.)

  • Dishwasher detergent

  • Cleaning supplies

  • Paper towels

  • Food and snacks

Living Room Essentials

  • Television

  • Area rug (for shared/common area)

  • Decorations (Note: LED strip lights are not allowed)

  • Vacuum cleaner

  • Laundry basket & detergent
